In the advent that the worst was to happen and that your virtual assistant was to disappear or not up to the standard required, we offer the following refund policy;

1. Up to 2 weeks after leaving the academy, free rehire and retraining if the VA leaves

2.Up to 4 weeks after leaving the academy, we offer a 75% discount on rehiring and retraining if your VA leaves.

3.Up to 8 weeks after leaving the academy, we offer a 50% discount on rehiring and retraining if your leaves.

4.Up to 12 weeks after leaving the academy, we offer a 25% discount on rehiring and retraining if your VA leaves.
