3.1 Depending on Management’s decision, employees shall be informed of the possible performance rewards/incentives.

3.2 Salary Increase shall depend on Management’s discretion and shall not automatically be granted upon conducting Performance Review. 

4.0 PROMOTION

Promotion shall be at full discretion of the Company based on the factors stated above. Seniority or length of service does not guarantee promotion.
