4.0 TIMEKEEPING_PAID HOLIDAYS

1.0 TIMEKEEPING

1.1 As attendance serves as a basis for payroll processing, as well as disciplinary actions, all employees are required to record their working time, using the company’s Timekeeping System (eg FBA Multi-Tool, BuyBotPro, etc.).

2.0 normal working hours

2.1 Results-oriented companies opt to implement a flexible time arrangement, wherein their employees have to specific time in and time out, as long as:

  • they complete the required 40 hours per week;
  • they submit their expected deliverables on time; and
  • attend team meetings as scheduled.

3.0 NORMAL WORKING DAYS

3.1 The normal working days are Mondays thru Fridays.

3.2 However, due to business exigencies, the company may opt to ask their employees to report on a Saturday or Sunday. In this case, the Team Lead shall notify the concerned employees of the weekend work, at least three (3) working days in advance.

4.0 MANDATORY REST DAYS

4.1 Employees are entitled to two (2) rest days. Normal rest days are Saturdays and Sundays. However, when there is a business exigency, the company may opt to ask their employees to report on a Saturday or Sunday. In this case, the employees may choose their rest days between Monday and Friday.

5.0 PAID HOLIDAYS

5.1 Employees are entitled to the following six (6) Paid Holidays:

  • January 1 – New Year’s Day
  • Good Friday – movable date
  • November 1 – All Saints Day
  • December 24 – Christmas Eve
  • December 25 – Christmas Day
  • December 31 – New Year’s Eve
