1.0 EXIT INTERVIEW
1.1 The Company aims to retain all its employees, in the same way that the Company intends to keep its valuable customers. Thus, when this unfortunate event happens, that is, an employee decided to resign, the Company has to take prompt actions to prevent further turnover. To do this, the Company has to gather relevant information on how to further improve the Company. An Exit Interview is one of the useful tools for organization diagnosis and for strategy formulation.
2.1 As part of Clearance processing, the HR Manager shall conduct an Exit Interview with the employee, during the last working week of the employee, using the Exit Interview (FTF-MBA-F-019) submitted by the employee at least a day prior to the scheduled Exit Interview.
