Virtual Assistant Product Sourcing VASo, today was the first day of my second sourcing VA trained by Thomas' team at the Fast Track Academy. Over the moon with her first day. She was nervous that she'd only found two deals and wasn't too sure on them - however after analysis they're good deals and they were both £9+ profit. I'll buy two or three of them each, so will make £36 plus profit easily. I try to stay under the radar as best I can but felt I had to post something. The other member of my team has been with me since January and has been first class ever since. Genuinely wouldn't have been as far on without her or the expertise it took to hire her in the first place and then train her. So, thank you again. Also, credit has to go to Ann, the Academy manager. I was much more specific this time around regarding a couple of things with the hire, which were met. Also hiring someone who has got something massively in common with my other team member was a masterstroke - you know what that is Ann! Thank you again both and everyone else within the Academy.

My new VA joined me over a month back and within 2 weeks I saw that her performance was not upto the mark. I raised this with Thomas and the very next day someone from the academy started working one to one with my VA. Thomas and Ann called me to set a 2 week plan and also offered a free replacement if I was still not happy. Your new VA will start working with you after their 1st-week in depth training with the Academy.

2.Up to 4 weeks after leaving the academy, we offer a 75% discount on rehiring and retraining if your VA leaves.
3.Up to 8 weeks after leaving the academy, we offer a 50% discount on rehiring and retraining if your leaves.
4.Up to 12 weeks after leaving the academy, we offer a 25% discount on rehiring and retraining if your VA leaves.
